We were unsure about La Panda but wanted to give it a try. Man are we glad we did. We came back two days in a row as it was SO GOOD. The Al Pastor Burrito was one of the best I’ve had anywhere, not just in Longmont or Colorado. And the burrito was a solid size and only 5 if you don’t get it smothered. I absolutely think everyone should try La Panda

This is the go to mexican restaurant for my family in Longmont. The barbacoa here is so tasty and well seasoned, when i was younger my mom would buy the meat and made burritos at home. The rice and beans are delicious here, the carne Asada tacos are okay my partner does not like them very much. But the barbacoa never disappoints. The smothered burritos are good here, this is one of my dad and I faves.

Very friendly, the staff got to know me quickly as this had become my favorite place to eat. And even after 5 years, the food is just as good as the first plate. Prices vary here and there but the faces and food remain amazing!

Upon entering, no one greeted me and I thought they might be closed. But owner, who was seated at a table with waitress and dishwasher, told me to come in and sit. Food was good, I got Combo 15 and ate it all. They have Negra Modelo - . There was a flat-screen TV playing Banda videos. I'd return.

Wow, dinner was amazing! I had the Carne Asada, a specialty, and even though I'm Italian (from New Mexico!), I think it was perfectly spiced. Seriously, so good! My wife loved her Chicken Tostada from the a la carte menu, and she's already planning to go back every time we're at the pharmacy next door.

This looks like an authentic Mexican place - very friendly atmosphere, friends / family chatting, traditional music playing. (I am not Mexican). The food was delicious, spicy. Never before have i had a spicy breakfast burrito like that one. Definitely try it.
